The 1st Global West Central WIN Team is one of approximately 20 Wealth Care Instruction & Networking (WIN) programs across the United States. The WIN program is designed to provide education, networking opportunities, and support for 1st Global Capital Corp. advisers. The West Central team meets for two days, four times a year, in Kearney, Nebraska, for training and networking with other members.

Benefits:
The 1st Global WIN Program offers registered representatives and investment adviser representatives the training and strategic information they need to help them respond to evolving market conditions. Through the program, financial advisers can:

Expand their knowledge of 1st Global client solutions via the Method 10™ methodology.

Participate in continuous Wealth Care Academy education programs.

Actively engage their peers in professional dialogue about business-building and wealth care industry trends.

Share business goals and action plans.

Network and build business alliances with financial service professionals (investment, insurance, taxation, accounting) in pursuit of client solutions.

At each meeting advisers share client successes, marketing and business-building practices, and innovative client solutions while hearing from 1st Global staff and industry professionals.
